Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. This means the shoes must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please do not apply tape or shipping labels directly to the shoe box itself.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at service.altisfoot@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees
For customer remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of $3.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount for each return.
For defective or incorrect items: If the shoes arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, AltisFoot will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label. In these cases, the $3.00 restocking fee will be waived.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
